Sal and I met when we were both on tour with Beauty and the Beast. It was 2005 and we had a fab time performing together and pretty much laughing non stop for 10 months. There were three of us in the "singing ensemble", me, Sally and Kathryn, and pretty soon, we became firm friends. We played pranks on each other and other people in the cast, we played stupid games to get us through the boring days and enjoyed many nights out. When the tour ended I am pleased to say our friendship did not. Fast forward to 2007. My now husband Richard had proposed and I was getting ready for our wedding. Sally and Kathryn both came out to Dubai for my Hen Night. We went for a weeks holiday, enjoying dinners out, facials and sunbathing by the pool. The actual Hen Night itself was a fun evening with all the usual laughter, prank playing and craziness that became the norm when we got together. I couldn't have wished for two better friends to be there - I have never laughed with two people more. And that was the thing with Sal, she was always there when you wanted her to be. I feel so lucky to have been her friend for 10 years and to share so many good times. I have so many stories about Sal that I'm sure I could fill a book. She loved having fun so much that I am sure everyone who knew her feels that way. I will always remember her when we were having fun, laughing and putting the world to rights. I am not sure if this is a story as such, more like thoughts I guess. I just know I will always feel blessed to have known her and be a part of her life. Thanks Sal x
